Meet Our Lending Team

Sean Richway has 13 years in the real estate industry covering private equity, ground-up, residential flips, and residential rentals.  He spent 3 years with one of the largest private equity groups in Philadelphia, Lubert Adler, evaluating multi-family value-add projects across the US.  From there he transitioned to public accounting, Cohn Reznick, as an auditor for multiple residential and commercial real estate developers throughout MD, DC, PA, and TX. 

He has originated over $200M in transactions since then.  While running his lending operation, he has also successfully renovated and sold close to 20 projects as well.

Mike is an entrepreneur and businessman who thoroughly enjoys the game of business.  He has been in the lending and real estate industry for 25+ years, most of those self-employed.

He was the President and Partner of a Mortgage Company for 16 years,  has worked on Wall Street and has been a real estate investor for 20+ years.  He also has been a consultant and investor in numerous industries, ranging from transportation technology in Las Vegas to a high-end health club in NY.

  Currently, Mike is a Partner in a Fix and Flip Hard Money fund that lends on projects nationwide.

With more than 25 years in the mortgage field, Sean has extensive experience in a wide range of mortgage lending programs including Fix and Flip, DSCR loans, and commercial loans. He looks at loan scenarios in a different light than other industry professionals, allowing him to help borrowers to properly package their Fix and Flip, DSCR loans, and commercial loans for quick approvals. He is passionate about finding creative financing solutions for his clients, no matter how complex.

By staying up-to-date on the latest complexities of Fix and Flip, DSCR loans he has become a vital resource for investors, licensed contractors, and realtors alike.
