  • Leverage – Up to 82.5% Purchase and 75% on Refinances (Including Cash Out)
  • Interest – Between 12-14%
  • Points – Between 2.5-4
  • Credit – Min 550 Credit Score
  • Underwrite – No Doc and Light Doc Options Available
